The right information
My Supply and My Returns now include initial supply, plus extras, minus credits as the Net Supply Qty. It’s better to have the correct number!

Instant alert
Be better informed…if a return quantity is greater than the Net Supply Qty, a red alert appears in the online returns and/or shortages form. Advance information means better business.

Printing perfection
You may not have noticed, but we’ve cleaned up our act. Previous printing problems with My Returns have been solved. You can now print with confidence!

We won’t get on your nerves any more
The frequency of the ‘Save your Returns’ pop-up frustrated a few people, so we’ve gently reduced the repetition of the reminder.

Good design is simple
The Returns process is now much more obvious. Save, Agree, Submit…Save, Agree Submit.
