How do I access the logged in area of the NDD website?
To be eligible for access to the password protected areas of this site you must have a Retailer or Publisher account with NDD. If you are a Retailer, please contact Customer Service for your login details. If you are a Publisher, please contact your Account Manager to set up your login details.
How do I advertise on this site?
NDD offers many online options to advertise to newsagencies. News Direct averages 150,000 hits every month with over 4,000 subscribers to our weekly retailer eNewsletter. In addition, we undertake eCampaigns, eOrders, and other electronic direct mail marketing initiatives. I forgot my password, can you remind me?
Click “Forgot Password” at the top of the home page. You will be prompted to provide your username and registered email address. If successfully matched, your password will be emailed to your registered email address. If you cannot remember any of the details required, send us an email using the Feedback form and we will respond within the same working day.

How do I find a magazine distributed by NDD?
Use the NDD Portfolio search function at the top of screen and follow the easy step-by-step instructions. You can use this tool to search for a magazine by Name, Publication Code or browse through NDD’s entire portfolio by MPA category. Also see, how to “find your nearest stockist” below.
How do I use the ‘find your nearest stockist’ function?
Locate the publication/ product you are looking for, in the NDD portfolio (see above). Click on your chosen title to expand the issue information and click on the ‘find your nearest stockist’ link. Here you can find a retailer in your area that is supplied your favourite magazine.
What will happen to the information I provide NDD?

What are NDD’s online terms and conditions?
The terms and conditions on the website are segmented according to client type. If you are a consumer or associate of NDD read the All Users T&C’s, Retailers and Publishers should refer to their respective T&C’s.
